A realtor reached out to us for this custom birdhouse. This one wasn't for her clients though, it was for her mother! Usually, there are dozens of images for me to look through when designing the birdhouse. In this case, since they had remodeled the exterior of the house, there was only ONE image for us to use. Regardless, we designed, constructed, painted, and delivered. She was happy with the product, saying the following kind words: "You did really good, considering I didn't have many photos to give you. And I haven't lived in that house in 40 years so I was pulling things out of my memory too!"
